At Photographic Memories, we don’t have a standard process or ‘formula’, because we recognise that everybody’s needs are different.

Our relationship together always starts with a no-cost, no-obligation discussion to explore your wishes, and how we can best offer solutions.

We will prepare a written brief and quotation for your approval, the cost of which will depend on the complexity of your needs, and what time and materials will be needed to fulfill them..

Once approved, the brief will define what Photographic Memories will produce for you.

We’ll plan all the requirements of your project, coordinating with you wherever there are creative inputs that you may wish to be involved with.

We aim to make the process light and enjoyable, and to feel like a collaboration of partners.

You can confidently leave all the technical stuff to us, knowing that we won’t bamboozle you with geek-speak!

For video projects, the  completed work will be shared with you in a draft form for any comments, revisions etc.

All necessary changes to the first cut of the film will be taken care of, and only when you are completely satisfied, the final version will produced and delivered.
